I have been a fan of Chef Alton Brown (Good Eats, Cutthroat Kitchen, Iron Chef America) ever since I was a kid and saw the first episode of Good Eats on Food Network. It was great to be part of an intimate guest list to hear him talk about a neurological forward meal at Hearth (owned by the founder of Brodo bone broth brand). Alton in partnership with Neuriva created a dinner where each dish was filled with nutrients and it was great to chat with Alton as well.
