NEW WORK | SERIOUSLY GOOD BARBECUE COOKBOOK

As some of you may know, back in 2022, I had the pleasure of having a recipe published in Brian Baumgartner’s (who played Kevin from The Office) Seriously Good Chili Cookbook. You can find my Mezcal Jalapeno Tortilla Strip Chili Verde + Mexican Lime Crema in this cookbook. I love cooking and eating dishes with Mezcal in it and it was so much fun to share that in this book.

Last month his second book, Seriously Good Barbecue Cookbook dropped which I have a recipe included in there for my Tomatillos, Jalapeño, and Mezcal Carolina BBQ Street Tacos. Just like last month, there are noted chefs, those who have won awards for their recipes at various competitions, and more! Both are great additions to your culinary chef!
