I find that sometimes an entire day will go by and I may not have left my laptop and my phone isn’t too far away! When you have so much going on, you may want to take a breather, but not one where you’re getting involved in activities. So I enjoy an inspiration walk. Anytime I’m running around, hydration is always key.
